What this is not
A medical test, a doctor, a lab, or a ranking of brands. Sugar numbers come from linked pack or retail sources when we have them. Always read the bottle in your hand.

Quick answers
Why per 100 ml?
So packs of different sizes can be compared fairly. A 200 ml and a 1 L bottle use the same scale.
Why is my drink missing?
We only list drinks where we found a linked sugar number. We do not invent lights. Try another pack size or brand spelling in Search.
Who wins: site or bottle?
The bottle in your hand. Formulas change. Our numbers come from linked sources and can lag.
